Problems We’ve Solved
Q: Can we split this large check into 12 separate seats?
A: Of course! Press one button and you can create as many seats as you’d like and move check items around to your hearts content.
Q: Can we split this large check evenly across these 7 credit cards and pay the rest in cash?
A: No problem! When a table is ready to pay, our software can handle any combination of payments. Want half on one card, one fourth on another, $10 in cash, and the remainder on a gift card? Why not! The customer’s always right!
Q: If I want to change prices, add menu items, or move some buttons around, how much downtime are we looking at?
A: None! No need to reboot the entire system to push menu changes. Each station searches for menu updates automatically as soon as you’re done working on the menu.
Q: Can we have cold sandwiches and salads fire in the kitchen on a 10 minute delay if the ticket also has a hot entree?
A: Yea buddy!
Q: Instead of charging a flat rate for Pool Tables, can we have the system automatically calculate a cost based on time of use?
A: Oh indeed! Pool tables, dart boards, shuffle boards, board games, etc. Anything that requires timer based pricing, you can do it. If you want, you could even offer different pricing during different times throughout the night to coincide with Happy Hour and/or Late-Night pricing.
Q: Can I look at the items sold on a specific terminal? How about just for the upstairs area?
A: And how!
Q: We’re running a contest between our servers and bartenders to see who can sell the most of a handful of items. Instead of going through each of their checks, any chance the software could calculate this automatically?
A: Affirmative! Not only can we set up a recurring contest between your employees, but if at some point you want to look at how an item sold that wasn’t on the original list, you can create a new contest or edit any existing one to retroactively view sales!
Q: Someone spilled beer on the Bar Ticket Printer. Any chance we could print tickets to the receipt printer just for tonight?
A: Ouch! And yes, yes we can.
Q: When I discount the food for one of our regulars, can I write a funny note on the check to show how much we love them?
A: Exclamation point! At the request of one of our local customers, we added a feature that lets you add custom notes when issuing discounts, if you so wish. Just a nice little way to show your customers they’re more than just a check number.
